+ English is not my first language, and I have not taken any English standardized tests either. Can I still apply?

You can surely apply without any standardized test's score and might consider mentioning how many years you have learned/used English, whether it is the language of your instruction at some/all courses in your study program, or you have written academic papers in English, or English is your working language. The quality of your responses can also testify to your English proficiency.

If you are selected, we might request you to send a confirmation from, e.g, your coordinator/director of studies that the language of instruction in your program is English to make sure that you are well-versed in spoken English as well.
